Prices for declaration H6

Prices for declaration H6
6 Aug 2024

From 1 August, taxes on parcels worth between 150 euros and 1000 euros will be paid via the new electronic declaration H6. Parcels over 1000 euros will be declared using the standard H1 form. Both declarations are processed through a broker.

Prices for declaration H6 for parcels worth from 150€ to 1000€ will be:

- £17
- $22
- €20
- 95 RON

For parcels with one item in the declaration.

For parcels with multiple items, each additional item will cost:

- £2.5
- $3.5
- €3.2
- 15 RON

The currency is selected depending on the country from which the parcel arrived and is paid online on the BayShop website.

To complete the declaration, it is important to upload the “documents for customs” button to the parcel details:

  1. An order invoice or screenshot clearly depicting the products, quantity and price per item, and total cost.
  2. Screenshot of a payment transaction from online banking or PayPal.
  3. Photo of your ID showing your IDNP, first and last name.
  4. Power of attorney for the customs broker (received from the customer support service), signed by the recipient.

After uploading the documents, notify customer support via chat about your desire to clear the parcel through customs.

After completing the declaration, you must pay the invoice issued by the customs service via Mpay.

After paying the import tax, please notify customer service to inform customs and warehouse to release the package.

It is important to know that the declaration is made only online. And there is no need to come to the warehouse before processing and paying taxes.

You also have the opportunity to choose another broker to complete the declaration.
