BayShop Update – calculation rules now applied to new warehouses

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our shipping rules.

Until now, these rules applied only to our old warehouses.
From now on, they will also apply to the new warehouses in Germany, Poland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Romania, and the USA.

Maximum limits:
 • Germany, Poland, Italy, United Kingdom, Romania → max. weight 1000 kg, max. length 1.4 m
 • USA → max. weight 400 kg, max. length 1.4 m

Shipping calculation:

If a parcel is:
 • longer than 1 meter on any side, or
 • if the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight by more than 3 times,

then shipping will be calculated based on volumetric weight using the formula:
Length × Width × Height / 6000 = volumetric kg

Please note: this is not a new rule but rather an extension of the existing rules to also cover the new warehouses.
