Stop fraud

BayShop connects buyers from Moldova with sellers from the US, providing secure parcel storage and handling at the US warehouse and sending parcels to Moldova.

We don’t accept fraud, that’s why we take all measures to prevent it. We provide services to responsible buyers and honest sellers.

If you are a credit-card holder and have noticed the unauthorized transaction, contact your bank and the seller immediately.

If you are a seller, report the potential fraud by sending us an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling +373 (22) 99 93 21.

Don’t forget to indicate buyer’s number, suite number and parcel tracking number (if you’ve sent the parcel to our warehouse). Also, leave your contact information, so we could reach you.
