Parcels stored for more than 30 days will be shipped automatically

Dear customers,

In order to optimize the service and avoid warehouse overload with “forgotten” parcels, BayShop is implementing a new AI-assisted declaration system.

From now on, all parcels stored in the warehouse for more than 30 days will be photographed, declared, and automatically shipped to the address specified in the customer’s account. Service fee: 4 USD, 4 EUR, 4 GBP, or 20 RON.

Exceptions: parcels for legal entities, parcels without a specified delivery address, and those whose value exceeds the duty-free limit.

In the future, the storage period will be reduced to two weeks. For now, the system is running in test mode at the US warehouse and will soon be implemented in all others.

We also plan to automate the declaration process for all parcels, freeing you from the need to perform this step manually.

This way, parcels will no longer remain in storage indefinitely, and the process will become clearer, more disciplined, and faster.
