Dear friends, in order to avoid misunderstandings, we inform you about the features of the delivery of parcels within the United States by the USPS postal company.

Most often, parcels are delivered from stores to the BayShop warehouse by USPS. During the period of sales and increased load, the service works with delays.

The service classifies the parcel as “Delivered” as soon as it appears at the USPS office, but it takes another 2-7 days before delivery to the BayShop warehouse.

Thus, if your package is in the “Delivered” status according to the tracking number, but it is not in the BayShop system, this means that it is at the USPS office and you should wait a maximum of 7 days before the actual delivery to the BayShop warehouse.

If after 7 days your package delivered to the USA by the USPS service does not appear in the system, you should write a complaint about the delay. Such complaints are accepted by the company only from the direct owner of the parcel. How to do this - read in a separate publication.
