Each country has its own specifics and national holidays.

We are publishing the preliminary dates of days off to help you plan your orders and parcel deliveries more accurately.

UK Warehouse:

Last delivery this year: December 20
Next delivery: January 10, 2026

Germany Warehouse:

December 24–26 — Christmas (days off)
December 31 — New Year
January 1 — New Year

Poland Warehouse:

December 24–26 — Christmas (days off)
December 31 — New Year
January 1 — New Year
January 6 — Three Kings’ Day

Italy Warehouse:

December 25 and 26 — Christmas (days off)
January 1 and 6 — days off

Moldova Warehouse:

Days off: December 25 and January 7–8
January 31 — shortened working day

January 1 — day off at both the office and the warehouse

Romania Warehouse:

December 25 and 26 — Christmas (days off)
January 1 and 2 — days off

USA Warehouse:

December 24 and 25 — days off
December 26 — last shipment
Tuesday, December 30 — all shipments are closed
December 31 and January 1 — days off

After that, we will operate as usual.
