Address Format Change in Germany

Dear Customers,

We have identified delivery issues with parcels sent to our warehouse in Germany, caused by the company name missing from the delivery address.

To prevent courier delays and questions, the company name has been added to the “Name and Surname” field.
From now on, it is mandatory to write the address exactly as it appears on the BayShop website or app, including the company name in the “Name and Surname” field.

Failure to follow this format may result in delivery refusal or delays.
