Instructions for returning a parcel from the international warehouse

Dear customers, to return a parcel, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Warehouse menu, declare the parcel you want to return.
 2. Tick/select the parcel in the Warehouse list.
 3. In the First Name / Last Name field, enter the store name where you purchased the item. Example: if you bought from ebay.com → write First Name: ebay, Last Name: com.
 4. In the Address field, enter the address of the warehouse where the parcel is located.
 5. Choose the shipping method Prepaid Label.
 6. Upload the prepaid return label provided by the store, or a screenshot of the return request if you don’t have the label yet.
 7. Confirm your return request.

After that, please wait for the warehouse to confirm the return. Once confirmed, a debt for this service will appear, and it must be paid immediately. The parcel will only be handed over to the courier after full payment.

 • Italy, Poland, Germany: 9 EUR
