How to make a claim?

Dear customers, if you have any complaints about the quality of the BayShop service, please read the rules for filing a complaint.
First of all, write in the chat on the site, or by e-mail reclamatie@bayshop.com. The Complaints Department will contact you.
Claim submission deadline:
The user has the right to send complaints to the service provider within 6 months. The term for consideration of a complaint takes 14 days from the date of registration, with a possible extension up to 30 working days.
